The hotel's location was very convenient, right next to attractions and plenty of restaurants. I enjoyed having climate control and a couch in the room. The staff was efficient and incredibly helpful.

In the room I stayed, the carpet looked a bit outdated and could use a refresh. But, at least there were enough towels available! 🛁

The room I stayed in needed some updates like new carpet and had a jacuzzi; the hotel's location was convenient as it was close to the church I wanted to go to on Sunday.

The service at this hip new hotel was good. The personnel were exceptionally kind. Our room was brand-new and big, included with the bedroom and comfortable beds, for example. The breakfasts were always complimentary with beverages and eggs, for example.

Conveniently located near Flint and Saginaw, making it a great choice for business trips in the area. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with cozy beds and a variety of amenities. It's also worth mentioning the tasty breakfast with a good range of choices.

The rooms could use some updating as they appear dated and could be cleaner. Additionally, the bed was too hard, making it difficult to get a restful night's sleep.

Parking is ample, and free internet is available. the location is convenient and close to many attractions, as well as being easily accessible from the Expressway.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Birch Run and had a wonderful experience. My husband and I stayed for a weekend getaway and found the location to be perfect. It was within walking distance of shopping at the Outlet Mall, which was a big plus. The breakfast at the hotel was also excellent, with a great selection of food. We especially enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the entrance. The front staff were pleasant and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

I highly recommend this hotel.
